  I wish I could give it 0 stars but I guess that's not an option .... Don't get me wrong they were all very nice but nice doesn't cut it when you need reliability I was with Progressive and I kept getting calls from "Cheryl" Yerger to get a new quote with them since I tried before and I wasn't able to get Insurance from them at that time . so call after call then my policy with Progressive was up to re new so said what the heck let's see about state farm supposedly they were going to be $10 cheaper wich honestly counts when you have other bills I should have listened to my gut !!! I informed (cheryl) that I had issues because of my husband's driving record and that I didn't want to switch over if I was going to have Insurance from them and then be canclled even though my record is a clean she ran numbers and what ever else they do and assured me there would be no issues .. Hahaha yeah right low and behold they ended up cancelling me and that's not even the best part she was going to see if they could back date my policy to try and get my $430 some dollars back considering I had to pay 2 month in advance ok fine a couple days later I get letters from the DMV stating I need to turn my plates in for laps in Insurance or pay like $700 some odd dollars I said what???? How is this even possible not only has she made a mess of this but that will be there for any insureance agency to see so let's get this straight you give me 400$ and I get charged 700$ or have to take cars off the road ... I don't think so deff calling the better busness Bureau in the morning. I don't understand how that could possibly be legal if I have insurance with them I had insurance with them there's not any takesie backsie when it comes to this type of crap .... Ohhhh and good luck ever trying to get a hold of mike Stacko lol if left numorus messages to never be called back by him this is very very very bad business in my eyes
